For boarding students, Saint Mary's is not only a school — it is a home. Living on campus, they take increasing responsibility for their personal, academic and social lives under the nurturing guidance of the many faculty and staff members who also make their homes on campus. These uniquely dedicated adults supervise our residence halls and weekend activities. They become extended family, opening their doors and sharing their children, their pets and their secret recipes with Saint Mary’s students.

Saint Mary’s School sponsors lots of weekend activities. Highlights include 80s movie night, downtown festivals, our own “Sigma Mu” competitions, spa night, outdoor movies, bowling, trips to a local lake for paddle boating or hiking, paint ball or laser tag, and visits to a pumpkin patch or Kings Dominion Amusement Park. All friends -- both boys and girls -- are welcome to attend mixers, special events and dances.
