Saint Mary’s School Strategic Plan for 2024 – 2029
This five-year plan is designed to reinforce and invigorate a transformative education for a growing and diverse community of young women. It is defined by goals and priorities in five key disciplines highlighted below.

In 2022, the Saint Mary’s School Board of Trustees and school leadership team introduced a short-term two-year strategic plan. Designed to move our community forward by leveraging our strengths, this plan was the roadmap that challenged us to make bold decisions, cultivating positive change and lasting success.
With the 2022 – 2024 plan complete, we undertook the all-important work of building on that success and creating the Saint Mary’s School Strategic Plan for 2024 – 2029. Enriched by insightful feedback from faculty, staff, students, parents, alumnae, and friends, our Board of Trustees and the school’s leadership team completed this planning process in the spring of 2024. The Board of Trustees approved and adopted the final plan at the full board meeting on April 24-25, 2024.
With the Board of Trustees oversight and partnership with the school leadership team, our Saint Mary’s School staff is accountable for implementing the Strategic Plan for 2024 – 2029. This innovative group of nationally recognized industry-leading educators and professionals will identify annual departmental goals and priorities supported by tactics and activations to deliver positive outcomes and measurable success.
