Tuition
The tuition cost at Saint Mary's School is an annual, comprehensive tuition. Annual tuition includes a personal computer, textbooks, meals in school dining hall for all students, Binder Health Center, fitness room, free admission to school’s performing arts and athletic events including world-class Smedes Parlor Concert series. It does NOT include: optional off-campus activities, various weekend activities, athletic equipment, special services such as private instruction in music, outside tutoring, or transportation for personal off-campus appointments.

Tuition Insurance Plan provides a way for families to protect their tuition investment and assist them in meeting their financial obligations in the event of an unexpected withdrawal of their daughter from the school. Under the plan, tuition insurance is required for enrollment at the school; however, if a family chooses to pay their full tuition by July 1, the tuition insurance plan becomes optional for enrollment. The cost of the Tuition Insurance Plan is approximately 2% of a student’s tuition (or that of tuition due following the award of financial aid). Please click here for more detailed information.

Need-Based Financial Aid, 2023-2024
Saint Mary’s School is committed to making an exceptional education available to the most talented, motivated applicants, regardless of the family’s financial resources.
The goal of the financial aid program at Saint Mary’s School is two-fold:
- Provide qualified students with an opportunity for an exceptional education that may not be affordable otherwise
- Continue to provide the school with a high-achieving student body that represents a diverse mix of socioeconomic backgrounds
In no way does a family’s financial situation affect an applicant’s chance for admission. Admission decisions are entirely independent of financial aid requests. The Financial Aid Committee will discuss a student only after she has been accepted by the Admission Committee.
