      • The 9th-11th Grade Program— Information on how the Saint Mary’s Seminar Program equips students for the changing world by providing relevant, real-world learning opportunities, as we prepare girls for college and life. Led by Heather Ramee, Academic Chair and Instructor of Seminar.
    • 3:30-4 p.m. | Senior Seminar Capstone: College Counseling & Internships | Ragland Hall Auditorium
      • Learn about what the seniors have been doing in Seminar this fall for college applications and what they can look forward to in the spring semester. Led by Morgan Phillips, Director of College Counseling and Heather Ramee, Academic Chair and Instructor of Seminar.
    • 3:30-4 p.m. | Learning Support Services | The Chapel
      • “Partnering with Parents in Addressing Anxiety and Executive Functioning to Maximize Student Success.” Strategies with will discussed for working with your student on anxiety, coping, and learning strategies. Led by Dr. Tai Hinkins, Director of Learning Support Services.
    • 4-4:30 p.m. | Saint Mary’s School Accreditation| The Chapel
      • Saint Mary’s School is a proud member of the Southern Association of Independent Schools, our accrediting body, and currently in the process of preparing for our re-accreditation cycle which will occur in Fall 2022. All parents are invited to learn about what accreditation is, why it is important, an update on our current phase of this process, and how parents can become involved. We want all our community members involved in our re-accreditation process as we reflect and plan for Saint Mary’s future! Led by Ann Marie Davis, Director of Faculty Learning & Development.
    • 4-4:30 p.m. | College Counseling Preview: Class of 2023 | Ragland Hall Auditorium
      • Parents/Guardians: In this session, we will share a framework around college planning through the junior year so that parents know what to expect and have insights into best practices for supporting your junior. Led by Morgan Phillips, Director of College Counseling.
    • 4:30-5 p.m. | FAQs: Come with your Questions | Ragland Hall Auditorium
      • Come with all your questions. Led by Dr. Debra M. Townsley, Interim Assistant Head of School for Student Experience.
    • 4:30-5 p.m. | The Spiritual Life of a Teenager | the Chapel
      • During this session, insights will be shared about the role of spirituality in the lives of teenage girls, and how parents can support their daughters growing in faith. We’ll discuss the pressures facing our students, and how a relationship with God can strengthen teens to resist the damaging influences around them. Chaplain Stoddard will also share some of the typical “big questions” she frequently hears from students and answer any questions parents and guardians may have. Led by Chaplain Maggie Stoddard.

    • Enjoy Blue & Q with BBQ Pork, Grilled Chicken, and Vegetarian Chili with all the fixings. Entertainment provided by “The Tobacco Road Trio”. Rain Location: Buffet in Chan-Poyner Dining Hall and seating available in Dining Hall, Poyner Room (upstairs Dining Hall), Tyler Board Room (upstairs Dining Hall), Library, Lower Smedes, or any classroom.
