Update Your Class News

We are so excited to hear from you! Class Notes are published for each class once each year, but class news may be submitted throughout the year.

Please note:

  • Class news may be edited due to space constraints and editorial policies.
  • Due to the extended nature of the production schedule for the magazine, class news is meant to be a once-a-year general update of your news for the previous year.
  • We cannot guarantee the exact timeliness of your news, so please keep our advance deadlines in mind when submitting news.
  • Odd-year class news (ending in 1, 3, 5, 7, 9) is printed in the summer/fall edition.
  • Even-year class news (ending in 0, 2, 4, 6, 8) is printed in the winter/spring edition.
  • When including a photo with your news item, please note that photos must be high-quality digital .jpeg photo files of at least 300 dpi.
  • Group shots should include Saint Mary’s alumnae (and spouses and children) only and must include a detailed listing of everyone pictured, including full names and class years.
  • We do not print news of engagements or pregnancies, but happily print wedding news, births, and adoptions.
