Colin Murasko, instructor of visual and performing arts and residential faculty member, came to Saint Mary’s in 2014. He holds an M.F.A. in painting and drawing form Claremont Graduate University in California and a B.F.A. in sculpture and drawing from Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas. His background includes working as an adjunct instructor and department advisor for the University of Texas in Arlington’s department of art and art history, as well as being a middle and upper school art instructor in both day and boarding school environments.

Mr. Murasko teaches photography and media arts, and oversees Saint Mary's yearbook staff. 

Mr. Murasko maintains an active role in the art scene with works being accepted in several juried exhibitions in the Raleigh/Durham area. He resides on campus as part of Saint Mary’s residential community and when not teaching, he can be found hanging out with his two sons, Simon and Micah.
