Soon Saint Mary's School will be alive with the energy of more than 290 students hailing from 14 states and 6 countries. With girls joining us from around the region, the country, and the world, all poised to learn and live beside one another on our beautiful campus in the heart of exciting downtown Raleigh - we know this 178th year will be a spectacular one at Saint Mary's!

Our talented faculty return to campus on August 12, after a summer of professional development, travel, new experiences, and a little R&R. They will engage in planning, training, and collaboration as they prepare to guide students on an exciting learning journey.

On August 20, our student leaders arrive on campus to begin preparing for the year. They will receive leadership training, learn to work together as a team, and come up with a plan to roll out the school theme for the year: "Do BIG things!" What an apt reflection of the spirit of Saint Mary's - girls can do anything, so dream BIG. You've got this!

We will welcome our international families to campus on August 21, and share a special dinner with them designed to build connections with our campus community and with one another.

On August 22, our new and returning students arrive for registration and move-in day. Families can look forward to special programming including a boot camp for new boarding parents, time to meet with advisors, an opening school meeting, and co-curricular workshops and practices. This high-energy day will wrap up with a Family Welcome Dinner and time for students and adults alike to relax, greet old friends, and make new ones.

Saint Mary's School is grateful for the trust placed in us by our students and families. As always, Saint Mary's is committed to academic excellence and personal growth for each of our students as we continue to live our mission to prepare girls for college and life.
