A cornerstone of the initiative is the annual Scholar-in-Residence program, where a distinguished professional collaborates with the program director to develop a unique, two-week leadership curriculum each year. This collaboration not only highlights innovative contributions from the scholar, but also ensures the curriculum evolves to meet the changing needs of students.
The program offers a world-class curriculum built on essential competencies for leadership and learning, specifically designed to equip young women with the skills, knowledge, and leadership abilities necessary to excel in the 21st century.
